Kim is a Connecticut native who spent a decade in Michigan before settling in Florida in 2009.  Having lived, worked and raised her third son in the Bay area – including South Tampa, North and South Pinellas – she’s proud to call St Petersburg home.

A civil engineering graduate of UCONN, Kim brings a strong technical foundation to her real estate career.  Her education and experience in the building industry give her a unique advantage when guiding buyers and sellers through successful transactions.  Known for her eye for detail, she listens closely, thinks creatively and approaches every challenge with practical, solution-driven insight.

In addition to her work as a consulting engineer, Kim spent six years as a partner in a Tampa commercial real estate brokerage.  Collaborating with professionals across many disciplines comes naturally to her and she brings determination, energy and a client-focused mindset to every closing.
